May 2011,  – RECRO-NET has acquired Intenda Net, a  software company. This acquisition represents an important step in further development of RECRO-NET’s business and RECRO-NET Group’s expansion.

RECRO-NET, a market leader in system integration and innovative business solutions, has taken over a majority share in Intenda Net Zagreb Company. This acquisition will additionally intensify RECRO-NET’s local and regional presence, and its expansion into new market segments.

Intenda Net is a renowned software company whose experience in the field of information system design and implementation for telecommunication companies will substantially enhance the RECRO-NET Group’s portfolio. This company was founded in in 2006 and has gained its position as a reliable and desirable partner due to expertise and experience of its team. Throughout the years, the company has worked on many projects in the IT field and in parallel has also developed a number of products of its own. Some of the most significant Intenda Net’s projects are EagleEye – a Lawful Interception System for targeted voice and data traffic monitoring and inMapper – a GIS platform for optical network documentation.

RECRO-NET, as one of the leading regional system integrators today, is a stable company with high growth. Nowadays RECRO-NET Group includes 5 companies in the region and the world. By the acquisition of Intenda Net, RECRO-NET will expand its offer and develop its own solutions for telecom companies in and the region.

This acquisition has made Intenda Net a part of RECRO-NET Group. Intenda will have close cooperation with RECRO-NET, but will also continue its independent business activities. The company will be run by the company founder and current director, Ivan Demoli.
