Alcatel-Lucent and RECRO-NET partenered for Croatia

April, 2011 – Zagreb, Company RECRO-NET has become an Alcatel-Lucent partner for Croatia.

Alcatel-Lucent is constantly attempting to improve the quality of services towards customers and streghtening its constribution to the local economy in the countries where it operates.

In this light Alcatel-Lucent has adopted a new business model in Croatia, through Sales Channel Partners.

The new business model through Sales Channel Partners and Alcatel-Lucent Country Representative will improve efficiency in Croatia through local resources and global knowledge and expertize provided by Alcatel-Lucent.

This new business model will also develop local competencies and indirectly contribute to the development of the local economy.

As one of the leading system integrators, RECRO-NET has numerous successful projects in it's portfolio, as well as  the most expert team in the region. For those reasons Alcatel chose reliable partner for entering Croatian market.

RECRO-NET and Alcatel-Lucent have entered into a Channel partnership Agreement for Croatia. RECRO-NET will be certified by Alcatel-Lucent following a thorough certification process and will benefit from Alcatel-Lucent expertise and knowledge in order to fulfill the needs on the local market.

The main objectives of Alcatel-Lucent new business model are: simplification, quality and performance improvement, becoming a more agile and efficient organization, leveraging on local resources, developing and consolidating the local partner capabilities in line with the global Alcatel-Lucent strategy and able to respond to the needs of the local market at the highest standards.

Following a thorough screening and selection procedure, Alcatel-Lucent and RECRO-NET have entered a partnership agreement for Croatia. The partner has proven track record of successes that contributed to the decision and demonstrated the premises for future success. Alcatel-Lucent will closely collaborate with Recro-Net in order to ensure customers’ satisfaction at our highest standards and at the same time with local resources which will contribute indirectly to the local economy and economical environment.
